On 22nd June 2026, after a short illness at her home in Gildersome, aged 42 years, Claire, very much loved partner of Nigel , beloved daughter of Lynda and David, dearly loved sister of Michael ,dear sister in law of Kelly and auntie of Blake , also a deeply loved stepmum, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 16th July 2026 at 1:15pm. Friends and family please gather at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in Claire’s memory may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of The Teenage Cancer Trust.
Devastated by the sudden loss of my lovely next door neighbour and friend, Claire who brought so much warmth, friendship and community spirit. I will miss our chats over the garden fence and her delightful enthusiasm for life and the little fish in a barrel. Sending love and support to Nigel and all her loved ones.
