In loving memory of Philip John Chant, loving husband, father and grandfather who sadly passed away on 21st May 2026 aged 78 years.

Philip will be deeply missed by his loving wife Penny, his children Mark, Briony and Justin, his grandchildren as well as wider family and friends.

Floral tributes may be sent by 4:30pm on 22nd June c/o John Weir Funeral Directors, 130-132 High Street, Rainham, Kent. ME8 8AR.
