Sadly, Robbie let me know about Ken’s passing recently. And so I found this page. I do not think the link is working now, but I’ve donated £80 in memory of Ken to Havens directly. I’m deeply saddened, but I wanted to celebrate a genuinely talented, interesting, inspiring, brilliant man. Ken’s influence on my understanding and love of typography will never be forgotten. Alongside his love for life, family, nature and painting. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. I’m truly sorry I didn’t get the chance to say that. He will be missed but never forgotten.
All my sympathies to Lesley and Ken’s family.

Thank you to everybody who made it to Ken's Funeral and celebration of life at the Paul Pry. An additional £155 was donated to Fair Havens in the collection box. I am overwhelmed with the generosity and support from all those who donated, sent cards and flowers. It is wonderful to see how much he meant to everyone.

Having known Ken for over 50 years he will be sorley missed. His sense of humour, incredible knowledge and his organisational skills for events which we all have such wonderful memories of. The walks, the outings and parties he arranged and those wonderful Christmas cards arriving every year. A truly unforgettable friend. With love Tess (Verden) and family.

So many of my memories are based on Ken's organised walks, games that he had put together and his witty and fun company. New Years Eve will not be the same without Ken's input.Ken had many attributes as well as being such good company. He was a kind and supportive friend and his wealth of knowledge on cars helped me so much after Ted died.
