In loving memory of Mary Patricia Sower who sadly passed away on 25th April 2026.
Mary, known to everyone as Maureen, was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sorely missed by all those lives she so dearly touched, but her legacy of devotion and kindness will live on forever.
Maureen’s funeral will take place on 19th May 2026, 11.00am, at Kemnal Park Crematorium, A20 Sidcup Bypass, Chislehurst. BR7 6RR.
The celebration of her life following the service will take place at New Eltham Social Club, 32 Avery Hill Road, New Eltham, London. SE9 2BD.

Dave, When I think of your mum, I always think of the first day that I met you. You were about 12, and crossing the road where the toilets are located. I thought, he looks a promising young lad, and asked your mum if you wanted to work for me at our stall. Your mum asked you if you did, and you said yes. Your mum then said to me that she will make sure that he turns up on the next Saturday. And that's how I remember your mum. She was a great lady and both myself and Franky wish you condolences on your loss.
