The man, the myth, the legend… I am honoured to have known this absolute gent for over 40 years. A true family man with a heart of gold and a cheeky grin. He never failed to make us laugh with the best stories.

Sir Deering,
You have known me since Abbeywood sporty at the side of Abbeywood school. Primary and secondary school, my College course and my first job at Crook Log, still getting to see you do your thing. We ended up staying in touch over the years until now.
I done my first lifeguard course, many more renewals with you and so many memories and stories of you. You always looked out for me and I have always looked up to you and the only person I would behave for as a kid and teenager. Glad you got to see me grow up into my sensible adulthood.
You have done so much, achieved so much and you will be forever missed and always cherished. There’s no words to thank you enough for what you have always done on this earth. I personally thank you so much from me and my family sending all our love to you and yours.

Thinking of you and family
THE ONE AND ONLY SIR DEERING THE LEGEND A GOD TO ME AS I ALWAYS SAY TO YOU .

MISS YOU, YOU ABSOLUTE ONE OF A KIND TRUE HERO

Donna Oliver
