Thoughts with Jim's family and friends today. I worked with Jim in the 1990s and have fond memories from knowing such a genuine, lovely gentleman who truly was one of the best.

I worked with Jim in Wedge House. We always had something to laugh about. During the time I was doing a baking course Jim sampled all my dishes when I brought them into work. Always encouraged me even when a cake I made would have cracked a brick wall. Jim you will always be remembered as the Bermondsey Boy. May you forever Rest in Perfect Peace.

Jim was my first boss when I joined the Civil Service in 1989, great times spent with Jim and great stories and so many laughs and the odd pint and a few games of pool with a bit of work done in between. Bermondsey Boy through and through and forever a Lion. RIP Jim.
