This is one of the hardest things that has happened in my life and Dad I will miss you so much . I was fortunate to have you in my life for 58 years and I was always proud to call you my dad . You were a great dad , grandad and great grandad . Love you x

I feel privileged to have known Dave for most of my life. I remember spending time at the Winter family home in Brokenford Lane and feeling in awe of him as a cool dad who was a DJ with his kit all set up in the living room!
Dave was a gentle man who loved his family. I know just how much Pauline, Paul, Lindsey, Dawn and Gary will miss him.
