In loving memory of our dear Mum Joan Darby who sadly passed away on 29th March 2026.
A truly special lady and a wonderful Mum, Nan, Great Nan, Mother in Law and friend to all who knew her. Joan was always smiling, laughing and full of fun. She will leave a massive void in our lives, we were lucky to have her as our Mum.
Flowers are welcome and can be sent to Stibbards, Leigh on Sea or if preferred donations can be made in Joan’s memory to Havens Hospices.

My condolences to all of the family. My name is Jenny and my Dad, John Moore, RIP, was cousin to “Joanie”. That is how I would hear Dad refer to her. Though I do not know you all and Joan personally, my heart is moved to sympathise with you all during this time of shared grief. My Dad would always speak fondly of Joanie. Rest in peace. x
