In loving memory of Elizabeth Patricia Trotman who sadly passed away on 22nd March 2026. Her family and friends will deeply miss her beautiful smile, her loving nature and witty sense of humour.
Elizabeth was born in Solihull to Elsie and Wilf Richards, a much longed for baby. She met and married Robert Trotman and they genuinely lived happily ever after, raising two daughters, Sally and Lisa.
Their love for their son in laws and grandchildren created close bonds and many happy memories.
Elizabeth had a passion for steam trains and one of her last outings was to see the Flying Scotsman, a day she loved.
In September 2025 Elizabeth had a fall after which her health deteriorated. She contracted pneumonia and was admitted to hospital in November. She was unable to return home and spent her last months in a nursing home.
Sally and Lisa are very grateful for all the kindness they have been shown at this dreadfully sad time.

We are deeply sorry to hear the loss of such a wonderful lady. Mrs T had such a lovely sense of humour and cheeky laugh and smile to go with it. Sally, Mark, Daniel and Sam we may not be on the doorstep anymore but we will always be here for you all. xxxx

Sally and family lived down the road from me in Tamworth. Have now moved from there.
Lovely lady with a beautiful smile. My son knew one of her daughters.

I did not know Elizabeth well but she always had a huge smile when I met her, loving being surrounded by Sally and the boys. Kirsty always said she 'was a Bab'.
