Joan Lilian Jennings (28 Apr 1931 - 27 Feb 2026)

We are sad to announce the death of Joan Lilian Jennings. Despite a hard fight to stay here, Mom died peacefully on 27th February 2026.

We will miss Mom greatly, but the wise words and everything she taught us will always remain in our hearts.

Mom had a long and extraordinary life. She was a sister, wife, mom, nan and great-grandma and we all loved her.

To celebrate Mom’s life and as a way to say goodbye, we invite all who knew her to attend St Paul’s Church Fazeley on 1st April 2026 at 11am and afterwards at the Mews, Tamworth Co-op Funeral Services, Upper Gungate.

Flowers are welcome but if you would rather make a donation, these will be passed on to the Heart of Tamworth Project Lunch Club who supported Mom in her final few years.
