William “Billy” Summers
William Summers, known to many as Billy, sadly passed away on 25th February 2026, aged 95.
A dearly loved father, grandfather and brother, Billy will be remembered for his warmth, his gentle nature and the deep love he held for his family. He leaves behind many cherished memories and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday 1st April 2026 at 11:30am at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington.

Remembering Bill and my mum (Jean, Bill's cousin) time spent together. Bill would travel by car to Hampton and Mum would visit Wiltshire by train/coach. In later years when unable to travel they kept in touch and enjoyed chatting on the phone and facetime. RIP Bill. Tricia & Paul
My Late Mother Jean was a Cousin of Bill and they had always kept in touch over the years with Bill driving to visiting mum and mum would travel down by train or Coach to visit Bill and in the latter years via FaceTime when our mum was not able to travel.

Having only got to know Bill in the last couple of years he will be remembered for his story telling always delivered with warmth, wit and a twinkle over extended coffees. A lovely man and much missed.
