In loving memory of John Grenfell Thornton who sadly passed away on 6th February 2026, aged 84.
John was a loving father and husband to his family, and will be missed by all who knew him. In the early 60s he enlisted in the RAF as a Flight Lieutenant and served for the country for 18 years, travelling across the world.

In 1999, he met me (his wife) he showed his love to me and was always with me till the final breath and one day we will meet again. Within the next 10 years, he was the father to 4 boys, who have grown up with his guidance and without him, they wouldn't be the people they are now.

Rest in Peace John. You will be missed by all. ❤️❤️❤️
