After a brave fight with illness, on February 18th aged 83 years, Ruth (née West). The beloved wife of the late Michael, much-loved mam of Simon, Dennis, Marjory and dear mother-in-law of Ruth and Rob. An adored nana and great nana, dearly loved sister of Harry and the late Jim. A loving aunt, cousin and a good friend. Treasured memories; loved always.

Family and friends please meet on Wednesday March 18th for a service in Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 10:15am, committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu gratefully received for the work of Diabetes UK. A donation box will be available in the church.
