On 19th February 2026, in hospital, aged 86 years, Barbara, beloved wife of Kenneth, much loved mum of Dale and Carol, and adored grandma of Carl, Claire, Danny and Oliver. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 12th March 2026 at 11.15am, followed by refreshments at Earlsheaton Constitution Club. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Cancer Research UK.

I love you, Grandma Barbara. You were the best grandparent I could have ever wished for. I’ll always remember sitting with you doing crosswords when I was little, and I’ll never forget you serenading everyone at Danny’s engagement party — that was so you.
I’m going to miss you more than I can say, but I’ll always hold onto the happy memories and all the wonderful stories you shared with us.
Rest in peace, Grandma. 🤍
