In loving memory of our beloved Mark Hopper who sadly passed away on 10th February 2026.
The funeral service will be held at Southend Crematorium on Tuesday 17th March at 12pm.
After the service, family and close friends will gather for the wake at No1 Cockle Shed in Old Leigh.
We ask that instead of floral tributes please consider donating to either Havens Hospice who supported Mark towards the end of his life or Guide Dogs for the Blind, a charity Mark had supported for many years.

I’ll always remember when Mark used to pick us up from swimming when we were young and he used to pretend the car wouldn’t start unless we sang. His sense of fun and love will be missed. Rest in peace x

One of the many drinks after work on a Friday night at The George. This is September 2018 for my leaving drinks.
The day Mark came into the office with his new swimming trunks that he was given at Fenchurch Street Station!! Always makes me smile!
