In loving memory of Marlene Bishop, who sadly passed away on 3rd February 2026, surrounded by the family she spent her life nurturing.
Beloved wife of 65 years to Philip. Adored Mum, Sister, Nan, and Great Nan. She was the centre of the family, her home a place of constant warmth and her door always open to everyone. She was devoted to her loved ones, as they were to her. Everywhere she went she knew someone; she was well-liked and well-loved.
Marlene will be remembered for her love of football and flowers. She leaves a void that can never be filled; she will be solemnly missed and forever in our thoughts

Marlene was such a force to be reckoned with when we first met her. As new residents to Austrey she tucked us under her wing and looked after us as only Marlene could. So sorry to hear this news but so grateful to have had Marlene in our lives.
My condolences to all her family xx
