Peacefully after a short illness on January 27th aged 86 years, Eddy. The loving husband of the late Brenda. Much loved dad of Graham and the late Tony. Also a dear granda, uncle, and great friend to many. Loved and remembered always.

Friends please meet on Wednesday 18th for a service at St. Michael’s and All Angels’ Church, Houghton-le-Spring at 12:30pm. An interment service will follow at Houghton Cemetery.

All are welcome after the service to join the family back at the Glendale Social Club, Houghton for refreshments and to continue the celebration of Eddy’s life. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers are gratefully received in memory of Eddy for Cancer Research UK. A donation box will be available at The Glendale.

Uncle Eddie I'm so sorry I can't make it to say goodbye to you tomorrow, no childcare. Please know that you'll be a big miss to all your family and extended family.
