Patrick John Jacklin ‘Pat’ died suddenly at home on January 22nd 2026 aged 83 years. Much loved husband of Elizabeth, dad to Gary, father-in-law to Azize and grandpa to Ayla and Amber. Funeral service at West Suffolk Crematorium, St Edmunds Chapel on Friday 27th February 2026 at 3:00pm. Colours will be worn.
