On 23rd January 2026 at his home, with family at his bedside, aged 95 years, John, beloved husband of the late Joan, loving and much loved dad of June, Christine, Carol, Michael, Diane, Joanne, the late Gillian and the late Sharon, a dear father in law, dearly loved and proud grandad to his 22 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren and 21 great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 12th February 2026 at 12.30pm, followed by refreshments at Thornhill CC. Family flowers only, donations in his memory may be made online or placed in the collection box at the service for the benefit of The Kirkwood.
