I had the wonderful opportunity to know Gayle from when she worked in Gate Lane in Boldmere for Mark, as my mum (Ann) worked next door and they were friends. I was only a teenager then but Gayle used to let me do admin things for her during the school holidays as I went to work with my mum. She was always so kind and caring towards me and such a lovely lady. She remained in touch with my Mum after leaving their places of work until my Mum sadly passed away in 2023, then continued to remain in touch with me with regular Christmas cards and Birthday cards for my daughter
Francesca. She spoke so fondly of Gareth, his partner and her only granddaughter and was so pleased when she became a Granny. She was such a genuine and kind soul who cared so much for others. I hope she’s at peace now and reunited with Chris who she also adored dearly. I shall miss her lovely cards and kind words. X

We will all miss Gayle, such a kind, thoughtful, friend; always offering encouragement when life threw a curve ball. She showed her own courage and positive outlook, particularly over the last few years, truly an example for us all to follow. Rest in Peace my friend.

Gayle and Chris were our neighbors in Rosliston for many years, Gayle was so kind to our family, always there to help in many ways. I’m so glad we were able to reconnect in the last couple of years. Gayle was so brave, I’ll miss her xx

I first met you Gayle in November 1997 when recruiting for a PA. I remember it so well. There had been a few applicants, but you made an impression on me with your bright red coat which, because of no heating in the new office yet, you insisted on leaving on. We hit it off and you joined me on a new journey of building a new business.
Along with Gareth and Chris’s help with the technology, we built something to be proud of. Even when you had to leave because we relocated and the journey was too far for you, we have always remained in touch. You never forgot a birthday or Christmas card, and even when my daughter got married yours was probably the first congratulations card she received. You were one in a million Gayle. One of the nicest and most genuine persons I think I have met over my business career. I will truly miss our chats, but will take comfort thinking of you with your beloved Chris. Rest in my peace my good friend and God bless you xxx
