Peacefully on January 23rd surrounded by his loving family aged 87 years, Ernie. The devoted husband of the late Doreen. Much loved dad of Carol and Andrew, also a dear father-in-law to Mark and Sharon. The cherished granda of Craig, Greg, Daniel, and Ryan. A treasured great-granda to Liam, Harry, Imogen, Ernie, Emerson, Oliver and Frankie. A loving brother, uncle, cousin and great friend to many.

Friends please meet on Thursday 12th February for a service in Sunderland Crematorium at 2pm. All are welcome afterwards to The Victory Club, Hetton le Hole for refreshments and to continue the celebration of Ernie’s life.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers are gratefully received for the work of Action on Dementia Sunderland. A donation Box will be available at the crematorium.
