On 9th January 2016, at his home in Birstall with his family at his bedside, aged 72 years, Jack, beloved husband of Dorothy, loved father of Scott and Julie, dear father-in-law of Lisa, much loved by his grandchildren Charlotte, her fiance Gaz, Liam and Sophie, proud great-grandad of Dolcie.
Funeral service will be held at St Patrick’s RC Church, Birstall on Thursday 28th January 2016 at 11:30am followed by committal at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium at 12:30pm.
Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Jack may be placed in the collection box provided by George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of Kirkwood Hospice and the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
