On 25th December 2025, peacefully at Lydgate Lodge, Batley, aged 94 years, Dougie, beloved husband of Jean, much loved dad of Jacqui, Jean, Steven and Jennie and a dearly loved grandad, great grandad and great great grandad. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 26th January 2026 at 11.15am. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu can be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Formal funeral attire is not necessary as Dougie preferred casual colourful clothing.
