Peacefully, with loving family at her side, on December 17th aged 83 years, Doreen (née Close). The cherished wife of Graham, much-loved mum of Janelle, Emma, Sarah, and dear mother-in-law of Daniel and Michael. The treasured gran of Zachary, Oliver, Caleb, Jacob, Bethany, Francesca and dearly loved sister of John and sister-in-law of Avril. Loved and remembered always.

Family and friends please meet on Tuesday January 13th for service in Sunderland Crematorium at 11:00am. By request, please wear something bright in memory of Doreen. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for St Mark’s Nursing Home, Millfield. A donation box will be available in the crematorium. Please join the family afterwards for refreshments and to continue the celebration of Doreen’s life in The Rosedene.
