In loving memory of Greg Roughley who sadly died on 10th December 2025, age 28.

We will have a celebration of Greg's life on 14th January at 2pm at Vinters Park Crematorium, Bearsted Rd, Maidstone ME14 5LG and afterwards at Maidstone Mencap, Cobtree Hall, Mote Park, Willington Street, ME15 8EB. All are welcome.

To celebrate Greg’s happy personality, the family invite you to wear bright colours. Greg especially loved yellow. Rather than flowers, we would welcome donations to Maidstone Mencap in Greg’s memory. Maidstone Mencap supported Greg and his family for most of his life.

Greg is very much loved and will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

In memory of Greg, such a determined young man - he knew what he wanted and how to get it. I will never forget the Milestone residentials when staff were kept on their toes and fun was had by all.

I have many fond memories of working with Greg at Milestone. He had a cheeky smile and we spent a lot of time laughing and hunting for items of interest to him. Unfortunately I cannot attend on 14th January but I will be thinking of you all and send you good wishes and strength at this time.

I was privileged to be Greg’s first teacher at Milestone and I know I learnt a huge amount from him. He was so full of life and mischief. He will leave a huge gap in your lives.
