On 9th December 2025, at home, of Mirfield, aged 65 years, Michael beloved husband of Sue, dearly loved son of Jack and the late Marjorie, much loved dad of Adam and Amy, cherished grandad of Hunter and Piper and a very dear brother and uncle. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 12th January 2026 at 11.15am. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Thank you for your friendship, guidance and advice Mike over the last 46 years.

We first met in November 1979 at Lloyds and the Bank seemed to have a plan that despite several job moves, our paths would always cross again.

You were such a fountain of knowledge which you were happy to share to help others and you’ll be deeply missed by all that knew you.
