In loving memory of Anita Gotts who sadly passed away on 4th December 2025 after her battle with cancer. She battled her illness with positivity and courage, firstly at Southend Hospital then at The Royal Marsden.

Anita was a wonderful daughter, sister and friend. She was an avid walker, loved yoga and was a talented baker. Her famous weetabix cookies were always a big crowd pleaser which were regularly requested by family and friends both at work and socially.

Family flowers only to Stibbards Canvey Island, 22 Canvey Road, Canvey Island, SS8 0LW. Anita wanted bright colours to be worn but please feel free to wear whatever clothing you would like.

Service to be screened live for all our friends overseas and in the UK, please contact us beforehand to obtain screening details. If you cannot log on live then there will be a recorded version available.

Any charity donations please to the two charity links above. Cash donations can also be made at the funeral on Wednesday 7 January 2026 at 1030. This will be at Pitsea Crematorium Church Park Road, Bowers Gifford, Basildon, SS13 2HG.
Refreshments will be served after the service at The Gun Pub, London Road, Bowers Gifford, Basildon, Essex SS13 2DU
