Ann & Family: Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved Frank. I had hoped he had been on the mend and would return to his home after his last stay in hospital. I had never met Frank in person, but found him a very kind man in his gifts he would sometimes send and his loving emails to us.
I had been searching obituary notices in the UK as my dear friend in Wales had just lost her son, and sadly, I came across Frank's obituary.
May you find comfort in know his earthly battle is done and he is in a much better place with his wife Jean.
Love Bev & Jack (who is the eldest son of Mollie (nee Baldwin) Carter
