In loving memory of Maureen Stokes who sadly passed away on 14th November 2025.
Mum enjoyed life to the full. A strong lady with very strong beliefs. She was a social butterfly enjoying meals with friends and family. Her passion other than Elvis were her children and grandchildren who she loved unconditionally. She will be missed by so many for her giggles and cheekiness.
On June 2nd 2023 her life changed completely after a significant life changing stroke. Being the fighter she was she managed to walk again and use her right arm but it was the vascular dementia that she couldn’t beat. She remembered all her family until she left this world which was a credit to her determination.
We love and miss you so very much. Rest in peace with your loved ones! God Bless.

What I know of Maureen is, that she is a much loved Mum and Grandma. She was stoic and dignified, with a great sense of fun! RIP Maureen and watch over all of your lovely family from Heaven!
