In loving memory of Cynth, a wonderful woman whose warmth and kindness touched everyone around her. Though Cynth was my mums cousin, the bond they shared was like that of sisters, and to me and my family she was always “Auntie Cynth.” I have so many cherished memories of childhood holidays spent at St Chads where she welcomed us with open arms, a loving heart, plenty of tea, biscuits and cake.

Even in later years, when I visited with my own family, she showed the same kindness and joy that made her so special. She will be deeply missed by everyone fortunate enough to have known her. Her warmth and love will live on in our hearts forever.

I have such happy memories growing up with Cynthia as my god mother. So many get togethers at St Chads Avenue or at our house in Cosham, our families coming together. Cynthia was a lovely lady and great friend to my late mum. She always seemed to have a smile on her face. My thoughts are with Fiona, Sandra and their families.
