In loving memory of Keith Francis Sedgwick-Smith who passed away peacefully at Garth House (nursing home) in Dorking on 16th November 2025, with Karen and Lynne by his side.
Keith really was an unforgettable character, one of a kind, skilful, unique and very special.
Keith adored his family and will be missed by us all.
Keith’s funeral service will take place at Leatherhead Crematorium @11am on Monday 15th December.
Dress code - Keith loved his garden so please come in any colour you chose.
By request, family flowers only please.

Keith was a very special man who was generous and kind. He was loved by his wife Julie and they shared many happy times and adventures together. Sadly dementia removed most of his life memories but he always had a cheeky smile and was thankful to his visitors. We will miss you Keith.
