In loving memory of Pauline Patricia Hatfield (Polly) who sadly passed away on 14th November 2025. Much loved Mum, Sister, Mother-in-Law, Nan, Great-Nanny, Auntie and friend to many.
Latterly Polly enjoyed volunteering at the St Leonard’s Hospice shop in Pocklington, where she became well known by the customers and staff. Her main motivation for choosing to help out there was that the hospice looked after her Mum, Connie in her final weeks; but Polly got so much more back from working in the shop.
Polly will be remembered by all who came across her for her warmth and positivity; a lady with a huge heart and a very loud laugh!

My dear Polly,We started are Pocklington volunteers together and you showed me how that till worked. We laughed and had so much fun. I can't thank you enough for the support you gave me when I lost my Mum ,you gave me hope and the tools to put myself back together. The tears the laughter I thank you for it all my sweet xx
