Daddad, today is the day we say our last goodbyes until we all meet you again. I am still in so much disbelief that you’re gone and there has been many days I’ve wanted to ring to hear your hello there. I hope we all do you proud today & we love you💙

Tom what can I say , I have fond memories of the long lads weekends spent in the caravan at Skegness,me and Michael, you and your brother then Tony and various others over the years . From the the minute we all got on train at nottingham, then straight in the first pub that we passed once we got there it was NO STOP LAUGTER usually caused by you taking the Pi** out of others. GREAT TIMES I'll never forget,!!!

I'm going to miss you so much Dad, I'm going to miss you taking the piss out of me, calling me lurky, moaning that I'd left the big light on and how many watts that was burning, for blocking the fire, for calling me a 'shocking arsehole' or telling me to turn off that 'shite' when I was playing my music. You had the best sense of humour, it was an honour to be in your company when you were taking the piss. You were always there for a chat, advice, help, anything I ever needed. Days when I'd feel miserable, after just five minutes on the phone hearing your upbeat 'hello!' would instantly cheer me up. I feel completely heartbroken writing this, but I don't have anything but wonderful memories, they make me smile everyday and what a privilege that is and you gave me that Dad.I love you. Tight lines xxx

Grandad Frank,
I can’t believe I am writing this.. I am so grateful for all the memories we made.. We got to live next door to you for four years - In the summer we would stand there putting the worlds to right over the fence, just gossiping and taking rip out of my dad as you always would, I know he will miss that. I don’t think you realised how funny you really were even right till the very end you were still cracking jokes. I know your humour will forever live on in my dad. You will be missed so much by us all.
Rest in Peace Grandad Frank, I know you will be sinking more than a few John Smiths up there🕊️🍻💫.
Lots of love Chelsey, Jake & Colby xxxx

I could not have asked for a better father in law ♥️ your strength and humour I will not forget, from meeting you 35 years ago until the end. Thank you for your wonderful son Tony, who I get to call my husband, and for helping him be the man he is today. You have taught him well I say. You are going to missed so much and I will cherish the memories I have of you. Rest in peace . Lisa xx

Dad! I honestly don’t know what to say! You taught me so much in life but you never prepared me for this moment without you! I miss you so much it hurts! You’re in my thoughts all day everyday! You may not be here but no one will ever take away my memories and the good times we shared! There was so many it’s hard to pick one! I would go as far to say every time we were together it was a laugh something you never lost till the end! I love you soo much dad the day you left I really did lose apart of me that I will never get back ! Love you dad life’s going to be so hard without you but I will be the best version of myself everyday if I can be half the man you were I would be happy! The best thing anyone could ever say to me is - your just like your dad ❤️❤️❤️🥰
