In loving memory of Joanne McQuarrie who sadly passed away on 8th October 2025, aged 66 years.

In Loving Memory of Joanne

Joanne was born on 23rd June 1959 in the Calton area of Glasgow. She married on 9th May 1980 and was blessed with five beautiful children and eight wonderful grandchildren.

Our mum was the most caring, loving, and selfless woman anyone could ever meet. Her kindness reached far beyond her own children and grandchildren — she touched the lives of so many others with her warmth and compassion.

In 2006, she began fostering and went on to care for over a hundred children. Many of those children became part of our family and saw Joanne as a mother of their own. That was the kind of person she was — a mother to everyone who needed one.

Mum will be missed so dearly, and not a single day will pass without us remembering her. Our love for her will remain as strong as ever, and one day, we’ll all be together again.

Sleep tight, Mum. We love you millions & millions. ❤️
