Nichola Jayne Taylor (8 Sep 1982 - 21 Sep 2025)
Funeral Director
In Loving Memory -
With unimaginable sadness, we share the passing of our beloved Nichola Taylor, who left us far too soon on the 21st of September, aged just 43.
Nichola fought with incredible strength and courage — for her little boy, and for all her family and who loved her — but her body could no longer carry the weight of the fight. She passed peacefully, surrounded by love, with her family by her side, held until her very last breath.
Nichola was a devoted and loving mother to her 7-year-old son, Theo, who was the absolute light of her life. She was not only a wonderful mum, but also a deeply loved daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. Her kindness, warmth, and generous spirit touched everyone lucky enough to know her.
She had no idea just how deeply she was loved — or how many lives she touched. Nichola made an incredible impact on so many of her friends and family, more than she ever realised. Whether through her strength, her compassion, or simply her presence, she made a lasting difference in the lives of those around her.
Her loss leaves an unfillable hole in our hearts. but the love she gave us all will live on — in memories, in stories, and most of all in Theo, who will always know how much his mummy was adored.
She will be missed more than words can ever express — not just now, but always.
Her funeral will be held at:
West Chapel, Wilford Hill Crematorium, Loughborough Road,
Nottingham, NG2 7FE.
Thursday 16th October 2025 at 14:30.
Followed by the Wake at :
Lady Bay Pub- 89 Trent Blvd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 5BE at 16:00

I was going to light a candle, but it didn't feel like enough. Luckily, Jet and I found these four.
