In loving memory of Yvonne Elizabeth Chapman who sadly passed away on 13th September 2025 at Musgrove Park Hospital.

A cherished Mum,Mother-in-law,Nan and Great Nan who is loved and sadly missed by us all.

A service to celebrate Mums life will be held at Taunton crematorium on Thursday 9th October at 12.40 pm.
Dress code: add a splash of colour please.
Family flowers only but donations will be greatly appreciated in aid of Cats Protection Somerset and the Royal British Legion
