In loving memory of Janette Eveline Esam who sadly passed away on 9th August 2025
Our Mother whom gave so much and asked so little.
Born in 1944 Mum was the life and soul of our family a real matriarch with a beautiful soul and a big heart.
Mum was funny and intelligent with such a talent for music listening to her play the piano was a joy she loved life from the theatre to a good old family party.
Hard working and honest still herding sheep well into her 70,s and running rings around all of us she was a strong lady and up to date with modern technology. She always needed to keep her mind active as well as her body and spoke fluent French.
Mum loved so much about life but especially her family Children,Grandchildren and extended family keeping in touch with many cousins and friends from the past.
Mum was organised on time and a stickler for running a tight ship and a tidy home shoes off at the door put it back where you found it and if you borrow it take care of it.
We will miss the chats over a cup of tea while putting the world to rights her beautiful smile and soft hugs but most of all her advice and wisdom.
We would like to thank everyone whom helped when Mum was taken ill for your support we will be forever grateful Mum will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many.
Rest now Mum you have given all you could and left the world a little better than you found it and we can ask for no more. Xx

A wonderful tribute to a lovely lady and a great friend. We miss both her and John so much especially Sunday mornings when they would call to see us and we had a laugh whilst putting the world to rights.
