I will miss your smile, your welcoming home, your hugs and your wave as we walk or drive away now we are older. I will always remember my Saturdays coming to your house most afternoons and uncle John driving me and mum home that then turned into Sunday evenings and the laughter and loving times with you! Il miss you more than you’ll ever know as you are and always will be my most favourite person 🦋 from your favourite most beautiful niece Rachel - don’t worry il never tell my sisters as you always requested. ☺️

Happy memories at my 30th Birthday. I have grey hairs now but my “little devils” are worth every one and I am glad that you got to bring me up and meet both Nolan and Iona. Sweet dreams. X

To Grandma. I hope that we did you proud today. I hope that one day I will see you again to share some fresh cream sponge and lemonade. For now rest easy as I will sleep soundly knowing that you are safe, no longer frightened and with your dignity restored. I love you and always will. Emma (#1 Granddaughter)

I remember many a day as a young child at your house in King Edward Avenue , I use to call you Aunty Marion until it was explained to me you were my big cousin ! You were so kind and I remember many a chat with John about the shortcomings of Southampton FC, not much has changed ! Rest in peace Marion now reunited with John,

My sister Marian, you looked after me when I was little & as I grew you were always there for me & my family, I spent many weekends at your house before & after having my children, there was always a cup of tea & a sweet treat on offer, you gave me my 1st "exotic" food, spaghetti bolognese & you shared recipes, some I still use today,
After John passed away we started "the Sunday night girls" where myself, Jane, our children & grandchildren would gather at your house & enjoy a glass of lemonade, we used to bring foodstuffs to try,we'd laugh, cry and talk about everything, oh how I miss those days, wish we could have one more Sunday night, maybe one day we'll all be together again & every day will be like a sunday,I will miss you forever, thank you for everything, hope you're at peace now x x your baby sister Angela x

Come on Marian singalong with Doris and me, just like we used too, "when I was just a little girl I asked my mother what would I be, will I be pretty, will I be rich, here's what she said to me, que sera sera whatever will be will be, the futures not ours you see, que sera sera"
To my sister, I adored you Marian, more than you'll ever know, you were the glue that held us all together, words can never express my feelings for you my darling sister, you did so much for me over many years, you and John were my 'go too' people if I had a problem.
RIP Marian, I love you with all my heart, until we meet again.❤️

We as a family are requesting no flowers please, donations to Alzheimers Society at your discretion.
In honour of Mum's favourite colours
We would kindly ask that you wear or incorporate any of these colours , baby pink, baby blue, lemon , lilac.
We would prefer no black, however we understand if that is not possible.
This will be a celebration of Mum's life.
All welcome to attend and join us afterwards for the wake, to be held at Leonardo Royal Grand Harbour Hotel from 1pm to 3.30pm
Thank you
Jane, Michael, Lee and Gary Youren
