In Loving Memory of Curt Ogden

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Curt Ogden, who was born on 17 January 1959 in Aberdour, Fife. The youngest of Ken and Lisa’s three boys, Curt grew up with his brothers Will and Karl. From an early age he showed a love of adventure, spending time in Austria skiing and riding motorbikes, and later travelling regularly to visit family both there and in America, often with his partner of 20 years, Carrie.

Curt’s proudest achievement in life was being a father to Wayne, Jodie, Tom, Dizzie and Lucy, and later a very proud grandfather. He was caring, loyal and always the one his family could depend on. Whether helping in a crisis, lending a hand with a house move, or simply showing up when he was needed most.

For more than 20 years Curt co-owned and ran Hampshire Canopies with business partner and best friend Den, building a successful business through hard work and dedication. Away from work, he loved fishing trips out on his own boat and had a passion for motorbikes, especially his Triumphs and Harleys.

Curt will be remembered for his big heart, his sense of humour and for always being unapologetically himself. He leaves behind his children, grandchildren, brothers, partner Carrie and many friends and family who will miss him dearly
