In loving memory of Christine Ann Absolon who sadly passed away on Monday 11th August 2025, aged 76 years.

She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, sons, grandchildren, great grandchild, her family and many friends.

Family flowers only have been requested. Accordingly, the family have set up a JustGiving page for donations to Macmillan Cancer Support, as follows:

Chris aka Mrs Glam was a one off, a beautiful soul inside and out, always making me laugh so hard whenever I spent time with her, her mum and I went on many a lovely lunch, she was such great company I will miss our lunches, chats & laughs and the lady herself so much.   • I am sorry to hear of the passing of Chris, we were friends in Canada ,way back in 1970, we kept our friendship going by mail then email. We were immigrants and almost family, we needed each other ,2 Brits among all the Canadians. Chris did not like the cold weather and missed her Mum, so they returned, we have stuck it here. , great to see the boys growing up. All the best to Ray, you had lots of nice vacations.
