MCCLURG JAMES – Died 25th August 2025. Late of Carntall View, Newtownabbey. Beloved husband of Edith, much loved father of John, Jimmy, Pearl, Edwina, Sheila and Craig, treasured father-in-law of Christine, David, Mark, William and Aimee, and a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. A Funeral Service will be held in New Mossley Presbyterian Church on Tuesday 2nd September at 1.30pm and afterwards to Ballyclare Cemetery for 3pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired NI Hospice c/o Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors, 11 Jennings Park, Newtownabbey, BT37 0NB. Will be sadly missed by his loving family circle. God called your name so softly that only you could hear, and no one heard the footsteps of the angels drawing near. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home xx
