Marcus Guy Wilsdon (3 Sep 1958 - 18 Jul 2025)

Ever since we first met in Darlington as near neighbours in 1966,you were my first friend i ever made upon moving to a new town and school as a 7 year old.
We had many years of great times through school and beyond.
Through our great love of music we always had a close bond throughout the years.
Keep on rocking old mate.

I’m gonna miss you my old mate. We have had some proper times together. You were one of my favourite people to work with , closest confidant, made a mean cuppa and were one of the funniest people I know. I’m unable to make your final send off due to being away on holiday, however I will be having a rum and listening to Led Zepplin in your honour. Sending my love to Angie and your family. Gone to soon...in the short time of having the pleasure of knowing Marcus he certainly made a lasting mark a genuinely lovely man. Will be missed by many .

So sorry to hear of Marcus’ passing. Made every day coming into the office just that bit brighter, such a lovely soul. Thoroughly enjoyed talking about his kittens and sharing advice on looking after them. He will be very much missed.

You will be missed Marcus. Your friendly smile walking into the office daily and our chats about your bunnies and cats. You took on board all the advice I could give you about the bunnies and you loved the animals so dearly. You will certainly be missed by all those around you.
