ELSIE
On 4th July 2025, in hospital, of Batley, aged 87 years, Elsie, a beloved cousin and friend. A very much respected lifelong supporter of Dewsbury RAMS RLFC.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Friday 1st August 2025 at 12.30pm. No flowers by request, donations in Elsie’s memory may be placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of the Danny Jones Defibrillator Fund.
Everyone will be made welcome at Dewsbury RAMS for refreshments following the service.
Elsie was an amazing lady and like the chant goes "rams till I die" she was there every game life long and everybody will miss her at the Rams. But her legacy will live on Elsie will forever be a legend who non of us will ever forget.
Elsie was the foundation of Dewsbury RLFC and will be sadly missed by everyone who new her. xxx
