Thank you for being such a wonderful grandad. I will always cherish moments from my childhood like learning how to budget finances at the kitchen table, eating apple turnovers, playing chicken foot dominoes and so much more. You lived an impressive life and I was so proud to interview you and tell your story as an evacuee for my school project. You leave behind a great legacy but most importantly so much love. Until we meet again. X
