In loving memory of Tanya Porter who sadly passed away on 5th June 2025
Tanya was a strong, caring, and kind woman whose life was a true example of compassion.
For many years, she worked as a midwife, helping to bring new life into the world with gentleness and strength. She also dedicated countless hours volunteering for the homeless in Taunton offering her time and heart to those in need.
Tanya had love for her community in Milverton. She especially loved her craft group, where she found both creativity and everlasting friendship with a wonderful group of women. Those moments surrounded by others, laughing, making, and sharing, brought her so much happiness.
Her impact was quiet but profound. She gave her love freely, and it’s truly a tragedy we have to say goodbye to her so soon.
We will miss her deeply, but we will carry her with us always.
She can finally be reunited with her son.

I was so sorry to hear of Tanya's passing. We worked together and she also did the new baby checks on my daughter ! Such a fun and caring person we had many laughs together including a memorable trip to Paris. With love to all her friends and family.Annex
