Peacefully, surrounded by family, on May 13th aged 85 years, George. The devoted husband of the late Mary, much-loved dad of Kevin, Alan, Tony, the late Steven and a dear father-in-law. The cherished brother of Janette, a special grandad and great-grandad. Loved and remembered always.

Family and friends please meet on Tuesday June 10th for service in Durham Crematorium at 11:30am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for Darby Rimmer MND Foundation. A donation box will be available in the crematorium. Please join the family afterwards in South Hetton Cricket Club for refreshments.

So sorry to hear of George's passing. He was my Mom's favourite nephew and I will always remember he drove family down to Sppalding for her funeral. Our sincerest condolences to all the family. We are thinking of you all here in Canada at this sad time.
