Dave, you were a massive part of my life growing up. 19 years of age i started to work for you 37 years ago. You was my mentor and we stayed in contact for over 35 years. It was only the last couple of years we didnt catch up as much. I so wish i had known you were not well and i could of come to see you for one last time. RIP Dave you will missed.
