Sadly passed away on 1st April 2025 at Morriston Hospital.
Dearly loved husband of Beverley,
loving father of Aleysha, Karl, Matt and the late Jonathan,
dear father-in-law of Lisa and John,
much loved bampi of all his grandchildren.
Dai will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
