Peacefully, bravely, at home with her loving family on April 12th aged 56 years, Jacqueline (Jak). The treasured wife of Oz, much-loved mam of Anth, Amie and adored step-mam of Chelsie and Georgia. The devoted nan of Lennox, Dane, Maya, Frances, Billie Anne, Tommy, beloved sister of Diane, Sandra and dear sister-in-law of Peter. Jak is a dearly loved niece, auntie, great-auntie and good friend of many. Good night, God bless.

Family and friends please meet on Friday May 2nd for a service in Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 12.30pm, committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly accepted for the work of the church and Macmillan. A donation box will be available in church. Please join Jak’s family afterwards to continue the celebration of her life in Easington Lane WMC.
