MCCONNELL PATRICIA (PAT)– Died 11TH April 2025. Late of Forthriver Park. Beloved wife of the late Desmond, much loved mother of Dean, cherished sister of Jim and Marie. A Funeral Service will be held in Newtownabbey Crematorium on Friday 18th April at 12 noon.
